After an extensive
search for a new home we located our house in Washington, NC. It was
in the final two months of construction and we followed its progress
to completion on a nearly daily basis. We found Horton Contractors,
Inc. to be exceptionally friendly, helpful, and willing to answer
our questions and make changes to our house. We were provided the
opportunity to visit lighting, tile, and floor companies to change
lighting fixtures, floor coverings, tile, and countertops to suit
our tastes. We found the construction to be of a very high quality
and detail oriented. This was our 3rd new house and the workmanship
far exceeded that of our last houses. At closing, Brad provided us
with a book containing the house warranty as well as instruction
manuals and warranties for all installed appliances and fixtures. We
are extremely pleased with our home and it was a distinct pleasure
to deal with a company as dedicated to quality workmanship and
customer satisfaction as Horton Contractors, Inc. is. We would
highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating construction
of a new home.

Building a new home
is never an easy task, particularly from out of state. However,

you, we were impressed with your ability to translate our
generalized wishes into concrete solutions. For example, you advised
us to
go into neighborhoods and select the types of brick that appealed to
us. You then took the addresses we gave you and studied our choices.
It turned out that we had expensive taste, but you knew how to take
our preference and find a more affordable brick with the look we
were searching for. We love our brick - and it came in under budget!
